The Experience

Where Miami Comes to Dance

Some restaurants put a speaker in the corner and call it ambiance. We put an orchestra on the stage. Four nights a week, the lights go down at 8000 SW 8th Street and the room turns into what Calle Ocho has always been about: live salsa, Cuban cabaret, and a dance floor that fills before the first song ends.

Dinner and a show, no cover: order the ropa vieja, get a mojito in your hand, and let the band handle the rest. Arrive early on Fridays and catch live music during happy hour — half-price drinks while Yuri Jose plays.
