Cuban Mojitos.

The Drink That Named Us 50+ Flavors

The Story

From Havana's Bodegas to Calle Ocho

The mojito is Cuba in a glass: born in Havana from sugarcane aguardiente, wild mint, and lime, refined over centuries until Hemingway made it world-famous from a barstool at La Bodeguita del Medio. It is not a cocktail you rush — the mint is pressed gently, the rum is poured honest, and the first sip should taste like a Havana afternoon.

We took the drink so seriously we named the restaurant after it. Our bartenders muddle every mojito to order with fresh hierbabuena, and the menu runs from the $12 clásico to more than 50 flavors — mango, passion fruit, coconut, guava, and inventions you won't find anywhere else on our cocktails page. Come during happy hour and pair one with $7 appetizers, or stay for the live music — a mojito tastes better with a band playing.

Where to Drink It

On La Terraza, Under the Stars

The best seat for a mojito is our open-air terraza — handcrafted lanterns, tropical plants, and the Calle Ocho breeze. Order a pitcher to share, add something from the kitchen — croquetas and ropa vieja are the house pairing — and let the night do the rest.

Common Questions

Mojito FAQ

What is in a classic Cuban mojito?

Five ingredients, no shortcuts: white rum, fresh hierbabuena (Cuban mint), lime juice, sugar, and soda water. The mint is gently pressed — never pulverized — so the drink stays clean and aromatic. Ours is $12 and it's the drink that gave us our name.

How many mojito flavors do you have?

Over 50 varieties — from the classic to passion fruit, mango, coconut, guava, spicy tamarind, and seasonal creations our bartenders rotate through the year. There is a full mojito flavors section on our menu.

Are mojitos included in happy hour?

Happy hour runs every day from 4 to 7 PM with 50% off 12oz drinks and $7 select appetizers. Ask your bartender which mojitos qualify that day — it's the best mojito deal in the neighborhood.

Do you make non-alcoholic mojitos?

Yes — any mojito can be made as a virgin mojito (no rum, all the flavor). Kids and designated drivers order them all the time.
